Что-то не так с репозитарием (или его описанием в /etc/source)- видно не
все пакеты в него вошли. Если всё находится на жёстком диске - есть
смысл объединить пакеты в одну директорию и пересоздать индекс через
genbasedir (и проверить через gendisttr (rpm-tools вроде)), если на
DVD, то убрать эти строки и добавить репозитарий через
apt-cdrom add.
