Здравствуйте.
1) Подскажите. Как разрешить adsl соединение (adsl-start,
adsl-stop, adsl-status)обычному пользователю (не из
под root)?
p.s. в kppp это так: control kppp public
2) Где находятся файлы конфигурации ADSL соединения (имя,
пароль,
днс и т.д.)?

Для ADSL пользуюсь TkPPPoE.
Настроил под рутом, а затем под пользователем "старт" "стоп".
