Поставил perl 5.8.8 c www.perl.org
Пытаюсь поставить logwatch 7.3 и получаю

[root@www src]# rpm -Uhv logwatch-7.3-1.noarch.rpm
ошибка: неудовлетворенные зависимости:
       perl(Exporter)   нужен для logwatch-7.3-1
       perl(File::Temp)   нужен для logwatch-7.3-1
       perl(Getopt::Long)   нужен для logwatch-7.3-1
       perl(POSIX)   нужен для logwatch-7.3-1
       perl(strict)   нужен для logwatch-7.3-1

При этом

cpan> install Exporter
Exporter is up to date (5.58).

cpan> install File::Temp
File::Temp is up to date (0.16).

cpan> install Getopt::Long
Getopt::Long is up to date (2.35).

cpan> install POSIX
POSIX is up to date (1.09).

cpan> install strict
strict is up to date (1.03).

поставил logwatch c --nodeps, всё нормально работает.
но теперь apt-get install .... постоянно выдаёт

  logwatch: Depends: perl(Exporter) but it is not installable
            Depends: perl(File::Temp) but it is not installable
            Depends: perl(Getopt::Long) but it is not installable
            Depends: perl(POSIX) but it is not installable

E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

"apt-get -f install"  предлагает снести logwatch, но мне это не нужно.

Что можно сделать?

Что ж Вы его без учета зависимостей поставили? Апт-то на что? Теперь
или всё так ставьте или удалите этот пакет из базы рпма.
