очень много в логах postfix подобных строк:
postfix/smtpd[16521]: warning: 242.168.207.24.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org: RBL lookup
error: Nameservice error for name=242.168.207.24.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org type=A:
Host not found, try again
от чего такое может быть и как это вылечить?

просто не пользоваться RBL этим. поищите его в main.cf и закомментируйте.

Временная ошибка резолвинга.
P.S. spamhaus лучше выкинуть фтопку.
