Попробовал воспользоваться утилитой /usr/sbin/drakxservices
для того, чтобы убрать ненужные и добавить нужные сервисы в загрузку но
изменения не сохранились и всё осталось как было.
Где можно это всё вручную сделать? и как.?

Тут вроде писАли, ntsysv, chkconfig.

man chkconfig
chkconfig --list
chkconfig --list mydaemon
chkconfig mydaemon on
