GpsDrive - судя по сайту автора, он под свободной лицензией и исходники
на сайте тоже есть. OziExplorer - этот насквозь коммерческий. Кроме
GpsDrive есть еще GPSMan (http://www.ncc.up.pt/gpsman/wGPSMan_3.html),
тоже GNU GPL, и установки не требует (на манер ThunderBird - скопировал
и запустил) но до него еще руки не дошли.

Чтобы стать майнтейнером, надо написать спек для этой проги.
