Здравствуйте!
Подскажите, пожалуйста, где убрать
автоматический переход на летнее время?
А то Казахстан его отменил, а у меня пояс
на сервере ALMST, а на клиентах winxp,
которые с ним время синхронизируют, стоит пояс
без перехода на летнее время.
В результате вся контора пытается
на час раньше домой уйти;)
