Чтение мана не просветлило: в find найти линки -type l.
А как найти только битые линки?
А нет ли утилиты, чтобы двигала директорию, например, /usr -
а линки восстанавливала автоматически?

Угу, сам нашел: разница двух поисков дает искомое, битые
линки:
find /usr/lib/ -type l
find /usr/lib -type l -follow
последний слеш в первом поиске обязателен.
