Вы запутались.
Постфикс и есть смтп.
Он может получать почту с других машин (но эту вохможность вам включать не
стоит). Он может отправлять полученную им (в т.ч. локально от MUA) почту
на другие смтп (будь то ближайший релей, указываемый в $relayhost - обычно
провайдерский, или же сервер получателя, если $relayhost пуст).
Вам необх^Wхочется, видимо, последнее. Готовьтесь к тормозам. Опыт
показывает, что какой угодно провадерский смтп (расположенный практически
на том конце провода) куда лучше и быстрее, чем рассылка почты сразу ее
получателям, расположенным иногда на той стороне планеты.
