Hi, all!
Насколько я понял, в системе уже предустановлен пакет bootsplash 3.0.7, но как
его конфигурировать? Я не смог найти каталог /etc/bootsplash. Как можно
изменить загрузочную тему?

Посмотрите на вывод rpm -ql bootsplash и, если есть, проглядите
документпцию в /usr/share/doc
