Скачать src.rpm из Сизифа и собрать: rpm --rebuild rdesktop*
Будет и новая версия, и отсутствие ошибки.
Если конечно не хотите делать ссылку из желаемого каталога на
настоящий :)

Здравствуйте.
Возникла вот какая проблема - необходимо подключить рабочую станцию под управлением ALT Linux Master 2.2 к Win2003
Установил rdesktop с дисков дистрибутива, однако при запуске он говорит
ERROR: Failed to open keymap /home/inger/RPM/TMP/rdesktop-buildroot/usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/en-us
Файлы с keymaps лежат в /usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps
Что делать?

Стояла версия из Мастера rdesktop-1.2.0-alt1, вроде даже работала, но потом не
помню уже почему, работать перестала. Призапуске писала
[bush@bush bush]$ rdesktop olha
ERROR: Failed to open keymap
/home/inger/RPM/TMP/rdesktop-buildroot/usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/en-us
ERROR: recv: Connection reset by peer
Broken pipe
После прочтения вашего письма и т.к. надобность в rdesktop всё же есть
скачал из Сизифа rdesktop-1.3.1-alt1.src.rpm, установил, запускаю и получаю
[bush@bush i686]$ rdesktop olha
ERROR: recv: Connection reset by peer
Broken pipe
Как-то бы полечить!?

Что в EventLog Win Terminal Server в ответ на такие соединения?
rdesktop может быть здесь и ни при чем.
Если есть ошибки EventLog, то далее поиск по ERROR ID в internet
как лечится эта ошибка.
