Вы привели слишком мало информации, что бы можно было сказать
что-то осмысленное. Что у Вас там, модем? Если да, то начните
с проверки строки инициализации модема. Сравните ее хотя бы с
той, которая используется под Windows.

Если Вы их (лишние сетевые протоколы) сами не "включали", то их
и нет, а если "включали", тогда должны знать как "отключить".
