Hello community,
Доброе время суток!
Вопрос:
1.) Во время обновления дистрибутива несколько раз прерывалась
связь. После каждого прерывания я делал команды - apt-get update
и apt-get dist-upgrade. После скачивания всех обновлений APT
вроде всё установил. Правильно ли я всё делал или надо
произвести ещё какие-то действия?

Если первый apt-get update прошёл успешно, то второй раз его можно не
делать (примерно в течение суток; затем будет новая синхронизация
Sisyphus). apt/rpm очень жестко следят за целостностью пакетов. Битые
пакеты просто не установятся. Так что если проблем нет, вопросов у вас
быть не должно. :)
