[Comm] Проблема со сборкой DCGUI!!!

Здравствуйте Линукс Гуру!!!

Проблемка у меня однако возникла.
Скачал я dc-0.2.13.tar.gz! поместил в /usr/src/. распаковал. 
запускаю ./configure
Он долготам че то делает, а потом выдает:

checking for xml2-config... no
checking for libxml - version >= 2.0.0... no
*** The xml2-config script installed by LIBXML could not be found
*** If libxml was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in
*** your path, or set the XML2_CONFIG environment variable to the
*** full path to xml2-config.
configure: error: libxml2 must be installed.

Проблема в том, что у меня уже стоит и libxml и libxml2.
Мне кажется что просто этот dcgui ищет не там где надо, как заставить искать 
его там где надо? И если можно по подробнее, куда зайти, что прописать?

./configure --help что-нибудь говорит о libxml?

А стоят эти же пакеты, только -devel ?

Стоят Эти же пакеты только -devel ошибку выдает ту же самую! :(

Поставил -devel стал другую ошибку выдавать

checking for xml2-config... /usr/bin/xml2-config
checking for libxml - version >= 2.0.0... no
*** Could not run libxml test program, checking why...

*** exact error that occured. This usually means LIBXML was incorrectly 
installed
*** or that you have moved LIBXML since it was installed. In the latter case,
