Привет,
Почему-то после очередного приема почты mutt гвоорит, что /var/mail/alex
не является почтовым ящиком (хотя в этом файле есть письма)? Куда
смотреть, что делать.
PS: А как можно проверить, что почта из mutt (от меня через postfix)
доходит до адресата?

Если очень надо, то сразу после отправки открывается
tail -f /var/log/maillog
и там ищем строчку наподобие "...accepted for delivery".
Её должен говорить тот, кто прописан у вас как relayhost в postfix.

Если Вы читаете почту двумя разными программами, то может так случиться,
что они используют разный формат хранения сообщений. Проверьте настройки
программ.
