Буду признателен за любую помощь! Разъясните пожалуйста, что за напасть
такая: в "Master 2.2" через 3-5 дней после инсталляции "слетают" права
доступа к drakeconf , userdrake... и всем остальным утилитам ...drake!
Кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобным?И где и что необходимо поправлять?

Сталкивался.
Это когда первые 3-4 дня работаешь из-под рута, а потом, вспомнив
о наставлениях многомудрых гуру, начинаешь работать с
правами обычного пользователя.
