Здравствуйте уважаемые!!!!
Хотелось бы узнать, есть ли какие программусины, во первых - для администрирования телефонов (по com кабелю), ну и конечно синхронизация записной книжки.

Есть достаточно много разных -- сейчас пользую gsmlib; вот
apt-cache search mobile подсказывает, что есть еще irda-utils.
См. тж. соотв. секции freshmeat.net, mobilix.org; а заодно
http://osdn.org.ua/~mike/ringtonetools-2.09-alt1.src.rpm .
