Привет,
Когда я хочу обновить какой-то пакет (конкретнее из Сизифа, кроме него все остальное в source.list закоментированно), то apt частельк ругается на весьма серьезные последствия... Это из-за того что слишком много пакетов надо обновить или как?

Это из-за того, что изменились важные системообразующие пакеты.
Слишком много обновления не повод для серьёзных последствий.
А вопрос слишком неконкретный...
