В /boot/grub/menu.lst добавить новый элемент (с title) и как kernel
прописать memtest-*. Вообще-то, установленный из пакета, он должен сам
туда добавляться (если detectloader не дурит), но в мастеровском
пакете был баг на эту тему - см. updates.
