Привет Community !
Есть сервер на RedHat 7.1
Есть scsi tape Hewlett-Packard.
tar'ом пишутся на ленточку каталоги командой:
tar -cvP -b1000 -f /dev/st0 /dir1 /dir2 /dir3
тар показывает, что каталоги успешно записались, а
при попытке сделать
tar -tv -b1000 -f /dev/st0
содержимое ленточки не показывает. Процесс просто висит и
ленточка не крутится. При попытке обратиться к ней еще раз
говорит: device busy.
Что может быть ?

возможно дело в размере блока попробуйте 512
