Доброго времени суток!
Летом здесь пробегала ссылка на MUD клиента под linux. Вроде как даже в
Сизифе он лежит. Но не могу вспомнить как называется. Как можно
разжиться сей плюшкой?

Самый нормальный на мой взгляд это TinyFugue. Он консольный на макросы
и триггеры позволяет делать. Пользуюсь им уже лет 5 %) Если под Х то
есть KMud.
Вот еще любитель мудов нашелся %)э

Не знаю, что есть в Сизифе, но, поскольку сам играю, могу сказать, что чаще
всего люди пользуются tintin++, который мне не нравится, и mmc - очень, на
мой взгляд удобной вещицей.
http://haali.org.ru/mmc если память не врет, или поиск MMC UNIX в Яndex.
Для tintin++ Вам понадобится libreadline-devel, для MMC - perl и
ncurses-devel. Графические же клиенты, увы, оставляют желать лучшего.
MMC + Multi-Gnome-Terminal - самое удобное и самое функционально
насыщенное (IMHO) решение.
