В меню: Edit -> Preferences, далее Appearance -> fonts.
Для каждого "набора символов" указываются свои шрифты. Вам, скорее всего,
будут интересны установки для Cyrillic, Unicode и Western.

А в настройки посмотреть не пробовали? (Подсказка - оно там есть)
