свое ядро? Не получится?
З.Ы. А где можно взять конфиг для ядра а-ля ALTLinux? В Сизифе?

Дык, можно. Лицензия GPL это позволяет =).

Сейчас отошлю приватом. А вообще они есть в kernel-...-.src.rpm
