OO вообще тормоз, при запуске по крайней мере. Зато потом, вроде, работает
прилично.

Вообще вопрос не совсем корректный: что вы хотите делать на этой машине?
Тогда можно будет сказать точнее, а пока ответ такой: мне 128 хватает для
всех задач, какие пока вставали.
