Приветствую тебя community, спасибо всем кто откликнулся на просьбу
помочь с установкой второго диска. Все заработало, нужно просто было
давать все команды на первом диске, а уже потом программа сама
попросит вставить диск 2.

  Скачал 6-ти метровый драйвер видео карты с сайта nvidia.ru, он не
 хочет ставится, потому-что ему не нравится, что-то связаное с ядром.
  Если точно то вот лог:

No precompiled kernel interface was found to match your kernel; would you li
   ke the installer to attempt to download a kernel interface for your kernel f
   rom the NVIDIA ftp site (ftp://download.nvidia.com)? (Answer: No)

       '--kernel-include-path' commandline option.

 Я не могу зайти на ftp://download.nvidia.com, потому-что никак не
 заставлю работать модем под линуксом.

 Что именно требует драйвер и как решить проблему не заходя в инет под
 линуксом?

Драйвер требует именно то, что пишет, а именно пакет kernel-headers.
Сделайте
apt-get install kernel24-headers
По крайней мере, это надо сделать в ALM2.2.

Брр.  Зачем??  Он же есть в комплекте -- или с ним какие-то
проблемы?

Если ядро из апдейтов (2.4.20-alt7) -- можно взять версию чуть
поновей на ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/people/mike/kernel/ -- но я
вот раскачиваюсь последнюю собрать (не сильно, правда -- к сборке
4349 ни одной претензии у меня нет).
