У Вас не обновился lilo из-за этой ошибки.

Ага. Но тут проблема из-за загрузчика.

Загрузитесь с CD через rescue, смонтируйте свой root раздел, исправьте
lilo.conf и установите lilo заново... Или воспользуйтесь программой drakboot.
