Да. Таки из консоли рулить сподручней.
Всё прописываем в /etc/net/ifaces/pppX, потом ifup туннель, ну и до кучи - в
monit, чтобы в случае падения сам поднимался.
А то и вовсе в опциях туннеля ONBOOT=no ибо монит сам поднимет, причём с
родительским интерфейсом.
