ты знаешь, ВСЕ провайдеры, которые мне попадались были именно такими.
а если на "другом" Linux посмотреть
iptables -L -t mangle -n
к примеру точно знаю что на debian сия TCPMSS без всяческого дополнительного
вмешательства сама поднимается при поднятии pppoe. может и нам такое стоит
сделать по умолчанию, чтоб вон так как ты не маяться.
отпишешься c FR в bugzilla?
