посидел полчасика, подумал...
/sbin/ip addr show dev eth0 | sed -r '/link/d;/mtu/d;s/(.)*inet(.)//ig;s/\/(.)*//ig;'
выдает чистый айпишник, без всего прочего. Прошу не пинать :)
