Разоритесь на отдельный NIC для этой сети, и не морочьте себе голову.
Потому как на breth1 (если верить ip ad li) будут обе сети, и на
запрос DHCP ответ будет дан...
А в случае отдельного интерфейса, будет вам счастье ...
