Да, знаем что можно делать свои, есть небольшой опыт с webkios (офлайн
сайт на php-fpm + nginx, mysql, hostapd для wifi, udev правила...) и
Rescque со своим набором пакетов.
Для этой задачи больше подходит autoinstall нежели mp. Разве что сделать
фичу (или уже есть такая, не смотрел) firstboot с запуском postinstall
скрипта который будет через сеть выкачиватся.
