так... с этим относительно разобрался. если указать
LIBVIRT_DEFAULT_URI=qemu:///system virsh pool-list
то всё красиво. Хотя непонятно почему. значение переменной что у рута
что у пользователя одинаковые.. по кр мере echo $LIBVIRT_DEFAULT_URI у
рута и у пользователя пустое.
