Дмитрий, куда бы я в интернете ни посмотрел, везде пишут что в Киеве
зимой GMT+2 а летом GMT+3. Ведь 23 мая это же летнее время? Тогда почему
должно быть +2 ? Или в Киеве отменили переход на летнее? Вроде нет
