1. Просите держателя вашей зоны изменить IP для www3.site.ru на IP
вашего шлюза.
2. Если на шлюзе если стоит апач, то там есть модуль proxy и его
настраиваете, или с помощью nginx как посоветовали в рядом. Примеров
настройки того и другого в инете достаточно много.
