Здравствуйте,
последнее время провайдеры стали не особо честные, пинги пропускают без задержек, а вот все остальные сервисы жестоко режут.
известные сайты типа speedtest.net им давно известны, и потому доверия к ним особого нет.
но если скорость соединения еще можно проверить каким-то нестандартным путем (например изменить порты самбы, погонять файлики), то с задержками сложнее, так как полноценно отследить не могу.
подскажите, чем можно проверить соединение на задержки и сделать трассировку не только по пингу, но и другим протоколам.
