Про target на ALT ничего не скажу -- не делал такую схему.

Для initiator'а -- все нужные модули есть в составе ядерного пакета.
В этом режиме достаточно open-iscsi.
Для target'а -- kernel-modules-iscsitarget-2.6.18-std-smp-0.4.14-alt3.i586.rpm
- это последнее, что есть в Сизифе.
