А зачем Вы маркируете пакеты, которые пойдут через default gw?
Они и без маркировки пойдут куда следует. :-)
Маркируйте только те, которые пойдут другим путем и только для
них и делайте отдельную табличку маршрутизации c помощью iproute2.
