Не понятно что вы хотите сделать. Перенести ВМ которая работает на
VMWare for windows на VMware for linux или
У вас есть ВМ под Windows и вы хотите в эту же Вм поставить Linux.
первое должно просто работать, надо просто файлы перетащить.
Второе делается также как будто ВМ это обычная машина
