Да, конечно.
Однако, уже несколько лет как умолчательное поведение изменено, и нарваться на
появление обнулённых файлов, достаточно сложно.
А по плавности работы под нагрузкой, xfs всех рвёт. Плюс коэффициент полезного
пространства повыше.
В качестве теста: с 08 года у меня две сильно нагруженные коробочки получили
ненадёжное питание :(, кроме корня, везде xfs (корень на ext4 (со включёнными
acl), чтобы не заморачиваться, /usr тоже на xfs --- ускорение запуска программ
заметное). Ноу проблем.
