Дополню сказанное Славой: покажите вывод команд
lspci | egrep 'Net|Eth'
/sbin/ip ad
и содержимое файла /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
Возможно, поможет установка пакета udev-rule-generator-net
и перезагрузка модулей сетевых карт либо всей системы.
И действительно, пройдёмте в community@ -- это общая часть,
не касающаяся сетевых сервисов и прочей сугубо админской
специфики.
