Минимальная, притом диски быстрее записью убиваются...
RAID5 осмыслен от четырёх дисков и где-то до 10..16,
дальше нужен RAID6, поскольку чревато double fault
(вылетом второго "на очереди" диска под повышенной
нагрузкой при ребилде на замену или hotspare).
