А почему н р5 КАПС не ставится?
apt-get install cups

Ни обновить нельзя без стресса ни базовый сервис поставить без лома...

В репозиториях ALT анметы невозможны по определению (сборочница не
допускает), в вашей системе что-то разломано.

Попробуйте "apt-get install cups libldap-2.4.so.2" и т.д. до выяснения
причины.

Также проверьте подключенные репозитории (в т.ч. в файлах
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list) и холды в /etc/apt/apt.conf
