Пока что запустил rdiff-backup вручную, запускать его при втыкании наверно
как-то не очень, тем более что винт скорее всего будет воткнут всегда.

/me последний раз ковырял rpm руками будучи ламером слакваристом.
Делал это чтобы использовать в слакваре ядра из альта, потому как
глянув srpm живо понял, что уровень собирающего ядра мне недоступен.
Потом, правда, поставил ALT и больше этим не страдал :)
