Для начала поменяйте на
relayhost = [smtp.ukr.net]:465
Потому как:
$ dig +short smtp.ukr.net MX
10 blackhole.ukr.net.
$ dig +short blackhole.ukr.net.
127.0.0.1
Что и видно в логах:
> Feb 16 14:13:51 server postfix/smtp[4837]: connect to
> blackhole.ukr.net [127.0.0.1]: Connection refused (port 465)
