Жалуйтесь хозяину сайта, пусть разбирается с хостером. Где-то
маршрутизация у них, хм, недописана.
Там в датацентре, насколько мне известно, сейчас идёт перетряхивание
сети, включая замену оборудования и изменения выделенных серверам
адресов, так что может быть всё, что угодно.
