rrd из бортовых датчиков тебе может сделать collectd.
И на веб его вывесить -- тоже.
По части контроля -- можешь подумать, как это изобразить
с monit, если не нравится предложенный nagios.
По части тривиальных скриптов -- даю уроки прицельного гугленья
заещёнепридумалсколько, а также уроки написания пригодных для
прикладного администренья шелл-скриптов (последний раз было
$400 за два дня и три скрипта, так что подумай, лень ли).
