До появления update'а, похоже, помогает заглушка в виде модуля

Для 2.6.18-ovz-smp-* собирается без каких-либо правок как под i586,
так и под x86_64, загружается и вызов vmsplice блокирует.
Негативных последствий за полтора часа работы замечено не было.
