Если маршрутизатору правильно прописать маршруты -- он будет
маршрутизировать, так ведь?
Если модему при падении dsl сказать
ip route add default via <запасной хост> dev eth0
-- он отработает.
То же самое можно добавить "запасным" маршрутом (а маршрут через dsl будет
отсыхать при падении линка).
