Это извечная проблема DGE-530
Рано или поздно начинает глючить NVRAM на этой сетевой.
Нам все карты пришлось сменить на DGE-528T по этой же причине.
Почитай на форуме д-линка - почти все жалобы на 530 серию связаны с
косяками nvram.
