Можно, но работать будет весьма так себе. Для начала можно включить
компьютер в 21:01, чтоб крон не сработал до завтра. Может быть поможет
anacron? Но и он не поможет, если игру запустить в 20:59. Не говоря уже
о более сложных случаях типа "cp /usr/bin/tuxkart ~/" в разрешенное
время, а потом "cp ~/tuxkart /tmp;/tmp/tuxkart" в неразрешенное. Это
возможно вылечить каким-нить fapolicyd, например. Которого, кстати,
вроде бы нету у нас. То есть накостылить самописных скриптов и разных не
совсем подходящих демонов можно, но все будет очень криво, и потом
врядли получится объяснить жене, как разрешить детям поиграться на
пол-часа дольше.
